The target patients are the vulnerable and indigent groups of both the Indigenous Peoples (IP) of the Matigsalog Tribe, and the non-IPs or Dumagats of geographically isolated and disadvantaged areas (GIDA) from Municipalities of Quezon and Kitaotao Bukidnon, Arakan in North Cotabato, and Marilog District in Davao City.
